Dr Kalidas Ramasamy, is the founder of MyJobstek Group of Companies (Recruitment, Placement & Training), specializing in Tooling, Machining, Metal Stamping, Injection Moulding, Rubber Moulding, Die-Casting, Equipment Manufacturing and Automation Industries in Malaysia. After completing his service at the Royal Malaysia Air Force, he took up an apprenticeship in the employment industries. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources. With 29 years of experience in recruitment, placement and immigration consultancy, MyJobstek’s aim is to provide the “Right Person for the Right Job” for Malaysian employers and also to solve the job seekers problem in India who are coming to Malaysia through India middlemen who are charging them hefty service fees. MyJobstek took 360 degree turn to recruit the skill knowledgeable expatriate from India directly, eliminating the middlemen After the glorious and eventful years, he ventured on Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) as a service provider organizing Technical & Management Training for companies in Malaysia. The Skill Development training Program is for local youth under the Human Resource Ministry. The founder has been intimately involve with non-profit organization, community development and higher education. As a Veteran of the Malaysian Armed forces, he is duly bonded to the nation and the people of Malaysia.
